Service Status and Incident Communication
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This page shows planned maintenance and problems that affect many HisaBooks customers, and explains how we post them. Notices are posted by our team; this is not an automatic live monitor.
Current status
No problems or planned maintenance are posted right now.
If something is not working for you and nothing is posted here, email support@hisabooks.com. The problem may affect only your company, browser, or device.
1. What this page covers
| Area | What may appear here |
|---|---|
| Website and purchase pages | The public website, Start Free, the legal pages, and purchase and sign-up pages. |
| HisaBooks web app and apps | Signing in, the workspace, billing, operations and HR features, shared documents, and the phone and desktop apps, when a problem affects many companies. |
| Services we rely on | Payment, email, SMS, app store, or government services, when a problem with one of them affects HisaBooks customers. We report these, but their recovery is in the provider's hands. |
2. Status labels
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Operational update | A dated notice about a visible change, advisory, or issue that does not necessarily mean a major outage. |
| Scheduled maintenance | A planned change window that may affect availability, performance, or specific actions for a period of time. |
| Degraded service | Part of HisaBooks is slow, partly working, or failing some of the time, but the rest is available. |
| Major incident | Signing in, or an important feature, is not working for many companies. |
| Resolved | The problem or maintenance is over. The notice stays here for a while as a record. |
3. How notices are posted
- We post here when planned maintenance or a problem affects many companies.
- A problem that affects only your company, browser, or device may not appear here. Contact support for those.
- Each notice shows the date, what is affected, its status, a short summary, and when we expect to update it.
- Resolved notices stay on this page for about 30 days.
4. Planned maintenance
Where we can, a maintenance notice says what will be affected, when, for how long, and whether you need to do anything before or after. We may also tell you by email, in the app, or in a support reply.
Most updates cause no interruption and are not posted. We post maintenance that could stop you working or change how something works.
5. Security and sensitive issues
- If you think you have found a security problem, such as a way into data you should not see or an exposed password or key, use the Responsible Disclosure Policy instead of ordinary support.
- If you lose access to your company, or something looks wrong only in your company, contact support directly even if nothing is posted here.
For the formal security-reporting route, use the Responsible Disclosure Policy.
6. Contact routes
For product support, email support@hisabooks.com. For questions about plans or setting up your company, use Contact Sales. For support boundaries and response targets, read the Support and Service-Level Policy.
